Cancellation Policy

We fully appreciate that there maybe occasional unavoidable situations which mean you cannot attend your appointment.

If you cannot attend your appointment, we are always happy to change or cancel it with 24 working hours’ notice. This allows us to schedule in a patient who may be in need of our care.

Failure to provide us with 24 working hours advance notice or failure to present for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee. This fee will be £20.  This fee is payable before any further appointments can be booked.

It is understandable that sometimes cancellations cannot be helped due to emergencies and we will take all valid circumstances into account. Everyone gets one free pass on our cancellation policy! Our goal in communicating our cancellation policy is to avoid any extra charges being passed on to you.
